MARCH 17, 2013 REBLEX...Anyare? Sulit o Uulit?


With the passage of Republic Act 9646 into law also known as "The Real Estate Service Act" (RESA) aspiring Real Estate Broker (seller) would be require to attend a 120 Credit Units of Comprehensive Real Estate Seminar (CRES) before taking a Professional Real Estate examination for Brokers to be conducted by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC).

Last March 17,2013 (Sunday) the said examination was given and conducted in the different testing centers in the country.  The said examination was held simultaneously in the cities of Baguio,CDO,Cebu,Davao,Iloilo,Legaspi and Lucena.  Under R. A. 9646 Implementing Rules and Regulation (IRR) SEC. 16 Release of the Results of Examination. The results of the licensure examination shall be released by the Board within ten (10) days from the last day of the examination.  The result shall be published in a daily major newspaper of general circulation and PRC website.

UPDATE: Result out within eight (8) days. The Professional Regulatory Board of Real Estate Service released the result with 1,928 passers out of the 2,969 examines (National Passing Percentage 64.94%).

Registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will start on Wednesday, April 3, 2013 until April 5, 2013 at the Registration Division-Unit C, Ground Floor PRC Main Building. Those who will register are required to bring the following:
 duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal, 
current Community Tax Certificate (cedula), 
2 pieces passport size picture (colored with white background and complete nametag), 
1 piece 1” x 1” picture (colored with white background and complete nametag),
 2 sets of metered documentary stamps 
and 1 short brown envelope with name and profession
 and submission of Original Surety Bond, minimum amount of which is P 20,000.00, with the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC)/Housing and Land Use Regulatory Board (HLURB) as Obligee
 and to pay the Initial Registration Fee of P600 and Annual Registration Fee of P450 for 2013-2016. 


Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.
